If your PM Securities account is not used for more than 365 days (ie. there is no trading activity) In that case, as per regulatory requirements your account shall be marked as dormant. Further if you decide to trade after 365 days of inactivity you are required to complete a re-KYC process (re-activation of account) to continue using the account.
PM Securities sends an alert to you on your registered mobile and email when your account is expected be marked as dormant so you can take appropriate action to keep your account active to avoid re-activation efforts.
