Your holdings valuation as on a given date includes all shares and securities that are held in your demat account with PM Securities. Including the shares that are pledged towards margins.
If you purchase any shares / securities today, the value of the same shall not be counted in your holdings valuation until they are credited to you demat account. Once you buy shares / securities they are credited to your demat account by end of T+2 day (ie. If you buy shares on Monday, the credit of the shares to your demat account happens on Wednesday). Only after that the valuation of these shares is included in your holdings valuation.
Similarly, when you sell shares the holdings valuation continues to include the value of such shares until they are debited from your demat account. Once you sell shares / securities they are debited from your demat account byT+2 day (ie. If you sell shares on Monday, the debit of the shares from your demat account happens on Wednesday). Only after that the valuation of these shares is excluded from your holdings valuation.
